Yes!!! We need to talk about this more. If men went through menopause there would be a cure, amiright? My period went from a solid 30 day cycle pre-kids, down to 27/28 day cycle and the last couple months Iām in the 25 day range. And lasting an ENTIRE week. Whyyyy? And night sweats. Oh and my sister (who is a cardiac NP) is convinced that the heart palpitations both she and I have are a result of hormones š¤¬š¤¬š¤£ All this to say: solidarity.
